Cat-Cow

On all fours. Inhale, drop belly, look up (Cow). Exhale, round spine, tuck chin (Cat). Flow smoothly

World's Greatest Stretch

From a lunge, place opposite hand inside front foot. Rotate torso up towards the ceiling, then reach the same arm under the body. Switch sides after 15 seconds.

Banded Glute Activation

Place a mini-band above knees. Stand in a shallow squat position (knees bent 30 degrees). Take 10 small steps sideways to the right, then 10 back to the left. Keep tension on the band

Dead Bug

Lie on back, knees bent 90 degrees over hips, arms extended to ceiling. Slowly lower opposite arm and leg towards the floor while maintaining a braced, flat lower back. Return. Alternate.
